wet your whistle

a polaroid outtake from this same shoot that compositionally didn't quite turn out how i had hoped. these days i only give an idea a few attempts before choosing not to waist any more of my precious film reserves getting it right!

delectably raunchy - well done!

What were you hoping for from the Polaroid? I like that there's more to it than what you see at first glance.

ah, Lauren... nice to see that you are to start a blog. I tried... I have (temporarily) failed, but still love to see other's approach, and may be get re-inspired.

I agree that this version is better than flickr's... given the title, and approach to the photo.

Nooo, not too raunchy at all! Love the pose, always so elegant and artful and the colours in both of these are just dreamy you polaroid queen! ;-) Great idea to start a blog, I look forward to your random musings and being the inherently nosy person I am I think you should post a polaroid of the contents of your fridge :-)

Deliciously delightful even when you are out of focus.

Wow...the effect and the mood evoked by the imagery is very steamy. You rock!

In the top photo, the way you only appear in the window, and not in the reflection in the table top, was that deliberate?

And if so, why so?

really pleased too see you have started a blog, lauren
straight into my bookmarks, of course :)

thanks much everyone!
gullybogan... the absence of my reflection in the table top is not really deliberate (though i like the effect). more just a function of the angle. the glass is reflecting an area of the room that is higher than where i'm sitting.

Excellent work Lauren, as always. All of your photos tell such a story, which in my view is a sign of a true artist. Keep it up!
